Size & Fit Guide

Our pieces are designed to feel as natural as they look. A precise measurement takes the guesswork out of choosing your ring or bracelet and helps us finish each piece to your preferred fit.

These are wrist measurements—not the final bracelet length—and serve as a helpful starting point when selecting a size.

What you’ll need: a flexible tape measure (or a strip of paper/string and a ruler).

  1. Rest your arm on a flat surface and locate the wrist bone.
  2. Wrap the tape (or paper/string) around the point you’d like the bracelet to sit—usually just over the wrist bone. The wrap should be snug and even, not tight.
  3. Note the circumference in centimeters / inches. This number is your wrist size. If you used string/paper, mark the overlap and measure the length against a ruler.

Choose your fit

Snug: wrist size + 0–0.5 cm / 0.2 in (minimal movement)

Classic everyday: wrist size + ~1 cm / 0.4 in

Relaxed: wrist size + 1.5 cm / 0.6 in (or a touch more if you prefer extra drape)

Bead size matters: larger beads (e.g., 8–10 mm) feel tighter around the curve of the wrist—many clients add ~ 0.5 cm / 0.2 in for chunkier designs.

No tape? A piece of string and a ruler work perfectly.

Measure Your Finger

Method A — Circumference (no ring required)

  1. Decide which finger you’ll wear the ring on.
  2. Wrap a slim strip of paper or string around the base of that finger—snug, not tight.
  3. Mark where the ends meet, then measure the length in millimeters.
  4. That length is your finger circumference; match it to a ring size using a standard size chart (or share the mm with us at checkout, and we’ll advise).

Method B — Use an existing ring

  1. Choose a ring that fits the intended finger well.
  2. Measure its inside diameter (widest point) in millimeters with a ruler or caliper.
  3. Convert the diameter to a ring size using a chart (or provide the mm and we’ll assist).

Pro tips for accuracy

Measure at the end of the day when fingers are warm; avoid measuring when cold.

If your knuckle is noticeably larger than the base, take both measurements and choose a size in between.

Wide bands generally feel tighter—consider going half a size up.

Take the measurement twice for consistency.

Fine-Tuning & Care

  • Stacking: planning to layer bracelets? Many clients add ~ 0.5 cm / 0.2 in for comfortable movement.
  • Handmade variance: natural gemstones can vary slightly in shape, which may subtly affect how a bracelet sits; this is part of the character of a handcrafted piece.
  • Need a bespoke size? We can usually accommodate custom wrist or ring measurements—share your exact cm/mm in your order notes, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Summary

Bracelets: measure wrist snugly over the bone → add ease to taste (0 – 1.5 cm / 0.6 in).

Rings: measure finger circumference (mm) or ring’s inner diameter (mm) → convert to size.
