Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Worldwide: Free shipping on orders over $180. For orders below $180, a flat shipping fee of $20 applies.

You can select special delivery for an additional cost.

Processing Time

  • Standard Orders:

Please note processing time is 3-5 business days in addition to shipping.

  • Bespoke Items:

After receiving the requirements, processing time is 5-10 business days before shipping.

We cannot guarantee your order will arrive on time due to delays by our shipping partners or other factors outside of our reasonable control.

International Shipping Information, Duties and Fees:

Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, due to the complexity of international laws we do not include those fees in orders. You are responsible for any local customs duties, taxes or fees to the extent permitted by applicable law. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. 

If an order is refused, then you are responsible for the shipping expenses, as well as any additional duties, fees, customs or taxes incurred in shipping, where permitted by applicable law.

Customs processing times vary by country and may affect the estimated delivery timeframe.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or unforeseen shipping disruptions.

Refund Policy

Returns 

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Bespoke items including sample sale items are non-refundable unless they are defective or not in conformity with the order as required by applicable law.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Depending on your place of residence, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

This statutory right does not apply to bespoke, custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items, or to items purchased during sample sales or at a discounted rate, unless such items are defective or not in conformity with the order as required by applicable law.

To exercise any applicable right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at support@saaenest.com within the relevant statutory period.

Exchanges

All of our bracelets are hand made to order. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@saaenest.com in the first instance.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 working days.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, except where otherwise required by applicable law. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is lost or damaged in transit.
